RETURNS

Any return request must be communicated within 30 days of receipt of the items. You must send an email to the following email: contact@saratejerina.com, giving us your name, address and order number, we will send you an email indicating receipt of your withdrawal request.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned in its original packaging. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted. Any product that has been personalized at the customer's request or that shows signs of wear, damage or tampering, or whose security tag, if any, has been removed, will not be accepted for return. You will be reimbursed for products returned and accepted, and Sara Tejerina will pay the cost of returning the products by providing you with a return label. You may be held responsible in case of depreciation of the value of the product due to handling that does not comply with the preservation of quality, characteristics and, where appropriate, the correct functioning of the products.

If you prefer to return the products by your own means and at your expense, it is recommended that you save the proof of return by certified mail or by any other means that allows the date of shipment to be recorded. You must also insure the package against loss and theft for the value of its contents. Under no circumstances can we be responsible for the loss or theft of products that you return to us at your own expense. Please find further details on return procedures below.

Returns to our Customer Service Center -

Once we receive your e-mail to contact@saratejerina.com informing us of your intention to withdraw your purchase, we will send you a return label by e-mail. You must return the products as soon as possible, within 15 days from the date you notified us of the return of your purchase.

If you have exchanged the purchased product for a higher priced product, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange a product for items of lesser value. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value. If the purchase is being returned for an exchange, you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the second shipment.


Late or Missing Refunds-


If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.
